Latrobe City Council — Our People Helping Our People

Commissioned to highlight the works completed by Latrobe City Council through 2025, the concept was built around a simple truth — the council works for the community, and the council is the community. Each scene was crafted as a reflection of that relationship, placing workers and community members side by side, both contributing to and benefiting from the same works.
